The work before the review.
Performance reviews can demand hours from HR leaders before a useful conversation even begins. Questions have to be written, forms assembled, and the process managed across people and timelines. Baxo was created around a tighter challenge: make it much faster to build and run a thoughtful review without losing the specificity that makes feedback useful. Feedback that keeps moving. Most performance systems ask teams to stop their work and complete a process that feels separate from it. Baxo brings evaluation closer to the moment, so feedback is easier to give, easier to understand, and more useful while it still matters.

AI should remove repetitive setup, not flatten the people taking part. Baxo generates review questions and builds the necessary review forms automatically, giving HR leaders a faster starting point while keeping the review focused on the actual team and moment. The product needed to feel capable and future-facing, but also warm enough for a process built around human growth.
From identity to a live product.
We developed a complete identity and style guide, then carried that system directly into the product design. The visual language avoids the cold, robotic cues common to AI products. We built the live application with Next.js, Supabase, Stripe, and Resend, joining the brand and product into one consistent system so the tone promised by the identity remains present inside the application. Baxo is live with a clear proposition for HR leaders: spend less time building the mechanics of a review and more time on the conversation it enables. The result is a working brand and product foundation that explains the value clearly and delivers it in the same experience.
